Hello, welcome to my profile! My name is Kassandra, I am 25 years old and I am from Germany. Ever since doing an exchange year in Binghamton, NY, USA in 10th grade, I've developed an extreme case of what we call "Fernweh" in German (a longing to explore new places, the opposite of being homesick). So whenever I have time and money on my hands, I try to go somwhere new. What excites me most about traveling is meeting new people who share their perspectives and ways of living with me. Therefore, I try to make use of volunteering/homestay opportunities whenever I can.
Apart from traveling, I am passionate about Yoga, cooking, reading, being active in my labor union and advocating for social justice, and learning about sustainable ways of living.
