Train was super crowded, you should avoid taking the train in the morning.

Itinerary Overview

What do you have in mind when you hear the word "Japan". Technology? Car companies? Anime? Food? If you are interested in Japanese food, this itinerary will be very useful for you!

In August 2021, I traveled to Tokyo and Osaka, which are two of the largest cities in Japan. I went with my best friend for 7 days. I am Japanese but I am from the country side of Japan, so traveling in Japan felt like being a foreigner. It is as if we did not know anything, because everything feels new and very surprising. In every corner you see there is something new, it is full of colors and many sounds too.

Tokyo and Osaka are 500 km away, but you can get there in 3 hours by train. If you want to save your money, I suggest you take the night bus. Although they are cheap they are very comfortable and efficient, they have a good service and for the time you spend on the journeys is very good.

  • 3 Nights: Osaka
