My journey to the northern part of Argentina was a delightful exploration of captivating landscapes and vibrant culture. From the lush greenery of the Yungas jungle to the arid plains of the Puna region, the diversity of the natural surroundings never failed to amaze me. The majestic Andes Mountains provided a stunning backdrop, inviting me to embark on exhilarating hikes and witness breathtaking vistas. In addition to its awe-inspiring nature, the region's rich cultural heritage left a lasting impression. I immersed myself in the lively atmosphere of traditional markets, where the aroma of local delicacies filled the air. The warmth and hospitality of the local people enhanced my experience, as they shared their stories and traditions with me. Exploring the northern part of Argentina was an unforgettable journey that awakened my senses and deepened my appreciation for this remarkable corner of the world.
We start in the city of Salta, that’s is really nice to visit the historic center. And the day after we went to Cafayate to see all the Canyons that are around, with the red earth.

One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the Cerro San Bernardo, where I had an amazing panoramic view of the city and surrounding mountains. I also enjoyed exploring the Salta Cathedral, the San Francisco Church, and the MAAM Museum, which houses fascinating exhibits on the region's Inca and pre-Inca cultures.
The food in Salta was delicious, and I enjoyed trying local specialties such as empanadas, tamales, and locro. The city also has a great nightlife scene, with plenty of bars and clubs to choose from.
Outside the city, I had the opportunity to visit the beautiful Calchaquí Valley and see stunning natural landmarks such as the Quebrada de las Conchas and the Cafayate Vineyards.
Salta is a wonderful destination for anyone interested in history, culture, and nature. The friendly locals, stunning landscapes, and vibrant city atmosphere make it a must-visit destination in Argentina.

1+Cafayate is a little tipical village of Argentina, we did one day of wine dégustation in the different bodega and the second day we were to the quebrada to see the canyons.

The town itself is small and welcoming, with colorful buildings and a laid-back atmosphere. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the wine tasting tours, where I had the opportunity to sample delicious local wines and learn about the winemaking process.
The surrounding landscapes were also breathtaking, with stunning rock formations and red sandstone mountains. I particularly enjoyed visiting the Quebrada de las Conchas, a natural landmark with impressive rock formations and vibrant colors.
The local cuisine was delicious, with plenty of restaurants serving traditional Argentinean dishes such as empanadas, steak, and grilled vegetables. I also enjoyed visiting the local artisan markets, where I found unique souvenirs and handicrafts.
