Naples in 3 Days: History, Pizza, and Coffee
Here's my itinerary filled with tips for visiting Naples and going to Pompei as a one day trip. Naples is food and history paradise so if you're into that, you must go!

Itinerary Overview
For a three day trip, I did a short tour of all of the amazing and rich history Naples has.聽
I visited Castel Nuovo, an old castle.聽
I visited Pompei and saw the ruins and had an amazing coffee.聽
Naples has the best coffee in Italy because it's original and they don't clean the machines; recipe for the best coffee ever.聽
I love Italian food and Naples did not disappoint. The pizza, pasta, burrata is amazing. The wine as well.聽

Be cautious in the streets because the people in Naples are not the best drivers; I feared for my life a few times with these reckless cars.聽
The Museo Archeologico was great. The history in Naples is so interesting. There are some sculptures and scripts from the Temple of Isis that were extracted from Pompei which is so amazing.聽
Antica Pizzeria is the oldest deep fried pizza in Naples. It's so so so so so delicious. Deep fried pizza is a Napoli staple; you must try it from this place because it is the original and classic place. It's a casual street food restaurant, like the best food always is.聽
Castel Nuovo is a castle next to the Port of Naples, right where the boardwalk ends. It's really beautiful. There is an arch at the entrance that is absolutely breathtaking.聽
Pompei Pompei is such a unique place.
1+I rented a car with my friend, and we drove to Pompei. Pompei is a must-do trip while in Naples. It is so famous and tragic and there is so much history. As I said, there are artifacts extracted from the ruins in the Museo Archeologico, so you must do both to experience the rich history of this place.聽
I got a coffee and sfgoliatelle in Pompei, which is the classic Napoli breakfast. Sfgoliatelle is a puff pastry with cream pate and almonds inside, which is really crunchy and delicious. The coffee in Naples is amazing because they don't clean the machines, so the flavor is exemplified and delicious.聽
We drove back to Naples because we had a reservation at 50 Kal贸, one of the best pizzerias in Naples. There is a location in London, which is amazing, so I wanted to try it in Naples as well. Also amazing.聽

I was glad I rented a car. Be careful driving but there's no better way to get around.Any surprises?
