Itinerary Overview

I started my trip to Egypt in Sharm El-Sheikh. From there I took some day trips to places around.

Sharm El-Sheikh has nice beaches and a beautiful and vivid city center. At the end of March it was warm and sometimes a little windy, but more than ok for swimming.

The food in the hotel was tasty and good. I did not have any problems with that. And the staff was really nice and helped me with all my questions.

During the days I just relaxed at the beach or played volleyball or took a walk around the area.

The city center is very nice. There is a big, amazing mosque and a lot of shops that sell typical egyptian goods. It was very nice to walk around in the evening.

The beach is very nice and the water is clear. I did some snorkeling there which was amazing. The fishes are so colorful and there is a big variety of them.

    beach, clean food, save area
  • Day trip: Sharm El-Sheikh

Q & A

  • What would you have changed?

It was a very touristy trip what I usually do not like too much, but it was still very nice and a good experience.

  • Anything go wrong during the trip?

It was hard for me to manage with the salesman. They try to sell you their goods to a very high price. But in the end you just have to say no.

  • What tips would you give a friend?

    Definitely do not miss snorkeling

  • Packing tips?

It was quite warm, but sometimes windy (end of March). Be prepared for that.

  • Transportation Tips?

I mostly did trips with traveling agencies, it was a good and save way of transportation.
