Itinerary Overview
Copenhagen has always intrigued me, so I went there for a spontaneous weekend trip. Without much planning ahead, I booked an airbnb in Christianshavn and just went for it with a small bag right off from office.
I arrived late Friday evening and went for a small walk to Nyhavn for dinner. Options are plenty here. Although mostly non-vegetarian. But you’ll find a veggie dish on all menus. But don’t worry with a bit more time, all vegans and vegetarians will also find there stomachs filled.
On Saturday I spent the whole day strolling through all sorts of neighborhoods and along the beautiful canals in Copenhagen. My highlight was definitely walking along a canal and then seeing the larger than life moonsite in front of me.
Later that evening I went out with two guys I had met there to explore the nightlife. I don’t remember the name of the club, but nightlife in Copenhlagen is sure fun!
Hence, my recommendation is really, just let the city carry you to places. It is full of chill coffeehouses, amazing vegan food, very nice people and stunning views!
