Such idyllic landscapes and so many great restaurants and food options . Definitely go in a wine tour or rent a car to drive.

Q & A

  • What would you have changed?

We only did Airbnb and those hard European beds and flat pillows (mostly doubles) got to me. Would do a hotel for part of the trip. We ended up booking a hotel room in Florence for 2 nights last minute.
  • Anything go wrong during the trip?

We couldn’t find an Uber or cab to pick us up at 6am in Colmar to take us to the train station so we had to run a mile with our luggage to make our early morning train.
  • Restaurant recommendations?

Paris - Eels for food and Candelabra for a great speakeasy in the marais Champagne day tour - hire a driver it was an amazing experience Colmar - JYs - fancy but go for lunch and order the fixed menu
  • Packing tips?

Save room to bring home wine
  • Transportation Tips?

    The trains leave on time!!
  • Booking details?
