Highs & Lows

The incredible food

Temperature difference between two cities

Itinerary Overview

We spent 10 days in Israel that we divided in the following way: 5 days in Jerusalem and 5 days in Tel Aviv!

2 very different cities:

-Jerusalem with a strong history. Capital of Israel, it is a city where Muslims, Christians and Jews live together. Also capital of Palestine. A fortified city, all new constructions and heritage restorations are essentially made of limestone called "Jerusalem stone".

- Tel Aviv (Jaffa) is a livelier, younger city, a place to party. A city that looks a little more like the European capitals.

In these two cities, we discovered museums, places full of history and cultural places.

The Israeli food is incredibly varied and tasty! First country where I eat so well every day! A simple and rather vegetarian cuisine.

People are welcoming, the climate is ideal in January despite some showers, it was not too hot! (It can be very hot in summer)

  • 5 Nights: Jerusalem
  • 5 Nights: Tel Aviv-Yafo
